Sales Representative Andrea Morrison knows that home is where the heart is, but first it has to feel right. "I sense when there is a connection between the home I am showing and my customer," she says. "If it's not there, we keep looking."

Having grown up in Montreal and Toronto (Forest Hill and The Beach), Andrea has been a longtime resident of Toronto’s West End and has the credibility to extol the many virtues of the area when marketing a home and providing guidance to newcomers.

In 2009, Andrea and her Team were ranked #1 in Toronto and #13 in Canada. Andrea Morrison was also the top Royal LePage Sales Representative in the Bloor West Village office in Toronto for 2004, 2005, 2006, 2007, 2009 and 2010. Her real estate accomplishments also include consistent attainment of Royal LePage’s President's Gold, Award of Excellence, and Lifetime Award of Excellence. All awards are based on Team dollar volume sales. With these kind of credentials, it is no wonder that at least 80 percent of Andrea's business results from referrals from past clients, friends and sales representatives across Canada.

Carmen has a degree from the University of Toronto in Fine Art and a degree in Textiles from the Ontario College of Art.  Her previous careers as a Visual Display Manager and Social Worker have assisted her greatly in her real estate endeavours.  She is able to give creative vision and see beyond the obvious.  She can read people well and often knows before her clients do, what they want. 
 
Carmen has lived and worked in High Park for over 20 years.  She and her husband John have 2 beautiful children.  When not working, this family of 4 can be found playing volleyball at Sunnyside Beach.  "This is the best place to live!  The beach, the park, the unique shopping, this neighbourhood has it all!"
